These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on muddlefox.com (“muddle fox”, “we”, “us”). Please read them before you buy. If you have a question, email [email protected] or use our contact page.
1. General
- These are the current Terms of Service. They replace all earlier versions.
- If you do not accept all of these terms, please do not place an order. By placing an order you agree to them.
- We may update these terms from time to time (see section 10). The version shown here is the one that applies.
- We try to keep the site accurate, but typing errors can happen and we reserve the right to correct them.
- If anything elsewhere on the site conflicts with these terms, these terms apply.
2. Our service
- muddle fox sells Instagram followers and Instagram likes, delivered to public Instagram accounts and posts. Our service is for promotional purposes only.
- We never ask for your Instagram password. We only need your public username (and, for likes, the posts you choose). If anyone asks for your password on our behalf, do not give it.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
- Your account must be public, and the username and posts you give us must be correct, for the whole delivery. You are responsible for mistakes in the details you enter. If your account is private, renamed, or a post is deleted during delivery, the order may not be completed, and that alone is not grounds for a refund.
- Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Orders can sometimes take longer than stated; this can be normal. If your order seems late, contact support and we will look into it. Late delivery by itself does not entitle you to a refund.
- The amount delivered may be slightly more than you ordered. If it is less, contact support.
- Followers can unfollow and likes can drop over time. This is natural on Instagram. If you notice a drop, contact support and we will see what we can do, but a drop does not entitle you to a refund.
- Some accounts delivering followers or likes may be inactive. We do not guarantee any engagement, reach, sales, or other results from your order.
- You use this service at your own risk.
3. No affiliation with Instagram or Meta
muddle fox is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms. Instagram is a trademark of its owner. You are responsible for making sure your use of Instagram, including any promotion you buy from us, complies with Instagram’s own terms and policies.
4. Payments and disputes
- Payments are made through our checkout. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
- By paying, you confirm that you understand what you are buying and agree to these terms. You also agree to follow the terms of the payment method you use.
- Please contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute or chargeback, so we can try to fix the problem. If we believe a dispute or chargeback is fraudulent, we may cancel your orders and refuse future orders.
5. Running other campaigns at the same time
We measure delivery using the public follower and like counts on your account. If you run other promotions or marketing campaigns at the same time as a muddle fox order, it can be hard to tell which results came from which service, and we will use the public counts to judge whether your order was delivered.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Because our service is digital and cannot be taken back once delivered, we do not issue refunds once an order has been completed and delivered. By placing an order you confirm you understand this.
Cancellations: if you want to cancel, contact support at [email protected] or through our contact page as soon as possible, before delivery starts. We handle cancellation requests case by case, and once delivery has started we may not be able to cancel.
We understand that exceptional situations can happen, so we do consider refund requests for these reasons:
- Non-delivery: sometimes processing is slower and orders take longer to finish, so please contact us first. Claims for non-delivery must be sent to support in writing within 7 days of placing the order; otherwise the order will be treated as completed.
- Not as described: this must be reported to support within 7 days of purchase, with clear evidence that what you received is not what the site describes. Complaints based only on expectations or wishes that go beyond the description are not accepted.
Approved refunds are handled case by case through the payment method used where possible.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use our service for any illegal purpose, to promote illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone. You may not knowingly exploit or abuse our system. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe breaks these rules.
8. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information you give us is used to fulfil and support your order. We do not sell or give your information to anyone for their own marketing.
9. Limitation of liability
Our service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, muddle fox is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our service, including any action Instagram may take on your account, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
