Instagram Money Calculator
This Instagram money calculator estimates a bonus from qualified views and an RPM you type in.
Estimated earnings = qualified views ÷ 1,000 × RPM
- Invite-only. Instagram does not invite every professional account.
- Type Average RPM from your Professional dashboard.
- Qualified views are narrower than public views.
- No username lookup. Only the account owner can see Average RPM.
Try free Instagram followers or likes on the free trial page, with Instant Start. That trial does not change bonus RPM or qualified views.

Average RPM means rewards per 1,000 qualified views. Bonuses are invite-only, so the RPM boxes start blank. Instagram publishes no dollar RPM. Then copy your Professional dashboard figure if you have an invite. Without one, the number is a what-if.
It also runs in your browser as an Instagram earnings calculator, with no login and no username lookup.
Last checked: October 31, 2026. Estimates only.
How to use this tool
- Enter Qualified views for the period you care about.
- Enter Posts in the period, or leave that box blank to skip it.
- Type RPM low and RPM high from your own figures. A blank RPM is not filled in for you.
- Tap Show estimate.
- Read the low, middle and high figures. They are estimates only, and this page does not connect to Instagram.
How the Instagram money calculator works
Instagram Help Center defines Average RPM as average rewards per 1,000 qualified views, also called rewards per mille.
Estimated earnings = qualified views ÷ 1,000 × RPM
First, enter qualified views. Then type a low RPM and a high RPM. As a result, you get a low, middle and high estimate, and the middle sits halfway between your two rates. The line reads “at $X–$Y RPM (your inputs).”
A blank RPM is not a suggested rate. Also, this tool does not connect to Instagram. Your dashboard RPM is the figure that matters. Estimates only, because bonuses are invite-only.
The TikTok money calculator is a different program, so do not paste a TikTok rate here.
How much does Instagram pay?
The same Help article lists no dollar amount per 1,000 views. First, qualified views start the estimate. Then where people watch, how they interact, how long they watch and what advertisers pay can move RPM. Because of that, two posts with the same public views can still differ.
Also, you need a payout account before the bonus period ends. Meta Business Help says bonus payouts go out around the 7th and the 21st. For example, January 1–14 pays around February 7, and January 15–31 pays around February 21.
What are Instagram Bonuses?
Instagram has no public Creator Fund you can join. On that Help page, Bonuses are a limited test of reels plus photo, carousel and single-image posts. Invites go to a select group in Japan, South Korea and the United States.
You must be at least 18. You must also be located in one of those three countries, with tax status there, and hold a professional account. A professional account means business or creator. However, Instagram does not invite every eligible creator. The invite shows in the Professional dashboard.
Reels also need at least 5 million views within the previous 3 consecutive calendar months. The account cannot be an aggregator. Photo and carousel posts need a monthly view minimum for 3 consecutive months. Japan is 500,000, South Korea is 1 million, and the United States is 5 million. The UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway are 500,000. Ireland is 1 million, and South Africa is 2 million. Those extra countries sit on the view list only, so a threshold is not an invitation.
Each reel or post can earn for up to 28 days after you share it. During each 2-week bonus period, only the most recent 150 pieces can earn. Reels must be original. Branded content, boosted content and collaborative posts do not earn. Also, posts have to meet Community Standards plus Content and Partner Monetization Policies.
Qualified views vs public views
Help counts qualified views more narrowly than public plays. For example, the viewer has to be logged in. Profile views do not count, and repeat reel views do not count at this time. Qualified post views are carousel and still-image views that count. In the metrics list, qualified views are unique views in the earning period.
So use the dashboard number when you have an invite.
Worked examples (illustration only)
These rows use an illustration RPM of $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views, so the math is easy to check.
| Qualified views | Illustration RPM | Illustration estimate |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $1.00 | $1 |
| 10,000 | $1.00 | $10 |
| 100,000 | $1.00 | $100 |
| 1,000,000 | $1.00 | $1,000 |
So none of these dollars is a typical RPM.
FAQ
How much does Instagram pay per 1,000 views?
No public rate exists, so type your dashboard Average RPM.
Is there an Instagram Creator Fund?
No. Help describes invite-only Bonuses, not a public Creator Fund like old TikTok.
Who can get Instagram Bonuses?
You need the rules above, then an invite in the Professional dashboard.
Can I check earnings by username?
No. Only the account owner can see Average RPM.
Do likes increase bonus pay?
Likes can adjust an estimate, but pay still starts from qualified views and Average RPM. Instagram’s bonus program general rules let Instagram refuse pay for artificially boosted views. Orders from muddlefox do not raise bonus RPM or qualified views.
Is this calculator free?
Yes, it is always free, with no login and no limits. Also try the engagement rate calculator and the Instagram size guide.
Try free Instagram followers or likes on the free trial page, with Instant Start. That trial does not change bonus RPM or qualified views.
In short
Enter qualified views, then enter Average RPM from your dashboard. The math is views ÷ 1,000 × RPM, and the result stays an estimate. More helpers are on the free tools page.
