How fast do you reply?
We aim to answer within one business day (Asia/Bangkok hours). Order delivery questions with an order ID get priority.
Do you ever need my Instagram password?
No. Never. Orders only need a public username or post link. If anyone asks for your password, it’s not us.
How do I check my order status?
Use the confirmation email / wallet TX hash after MetaMask checkout, then message us with your order ID if delivery looks stuck.
What payment methods do you accept?
Crypto via MetaMask only. We don’t take Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay on checkout.
How do I pay with a credit card?
Checkout itself is crypto. Buy SOL with a card inside Phantom first, then on Muddlefox checkout choose Pay with Solana and pay the order with that SOL. Phantom’s own fees may apply. See easy steps to buy with credit card.
How do I pay with PayPal?
Checkout itself is crypto. Buy PYUSD on PayPal first, then on Muddlefox checkout choose Pay with Solana and pay the order with that PYUSD. PayPal’s own fees may apply. See easy steps to buy with Paypal.
What if likes or followers drop after delivery?
Eligible packages include refill windows (often ~30 days). Contact us with your order ID and we’ll check refill eligibility.
I entered the wrong username — can you fix it?
Message us ASAP with the order ID, wrong handle, and correct handle. If delivery hasn’t started we can usually update it.
Do you offer bulk or agency pricing?
Yes for larger volume. Use the form, mark the subject as bulk in your message, and include monthly volume estimates.
Is my account safe when I buy?
We only use public profile/post info. Keep 2FA on, never share login codes, and treat any password request as a scam.
